EXCHANGES / REFUNDS

I would like to exchange or return a piece.

We are happy to offer a full refund or exchange if you are not 100 percent happy with your purchase, provided that you return it in saleable condition within 30 days along with proof of purchase. Unfortunately, a custom order cannot  be returned or exchanged. You will need to pay for the return post as well as providing a letter including your contact details. Please chose tracking as an option when your post your item as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. Please allow us 5-10 days to respond to your return request, should the returned item fall within out terms and conditions, we will happily issue a refund through your original method of payment.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we have received your item, you will be refunded to your original payment method.. If this is to a debit/credit card it will appear in your account within five days, depending on your card issuer.

DELIVERY

Shipping in Ireland.

Shipping for serving boards is generally €10. Artworks starts at €10 but this depends on the weight of the piece, a framed piece is obviously heavier!  Most of our artworks are bespoke so shipping information will be provided at time of ordering.

We can offer worldwide shipping, please email us for a quote. 

We generally use GLS, DPD or An Post.

Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking details, delivery takes between 5-7 business days (may take longer due to Covid19. Some artworks may take longer as we usually apply top coat is  upon ordering, but this ultimately depends on what you purchase. We try our best to get these shipped with 7-10 days.

Do I need to sign for my order?

Yes, the courier will require a signature when they deliver your parcel.
